Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands via PostNL.
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
During busy periods (album launches, tour drops, limited editions), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

Outside the EU:
Please allow 2+ weeks for delivery, depending on your location and local postal services
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, postal backlogs, or peak periods.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Tracking
If tracking is included with your shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates may be limited once the parcel leaves the Netherlands.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We can’t be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe:
